Based in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture, Matsuki Gardening is a new farm dedicated to growing safe, delicious vegetables with great care and passion. They cultivate mini tomatoes, eggplants, cabbages, and Brussels sprouts, working hard every day to deliver high-quality produce across Japan at affordable prices.

One of their standout products is their additive-free tomato juice made from carefully handpicked Aiko tomatoes, harvested at the perfect stage of ripeness. This juice boasts a naturally sweet and rich flavor, reflecting the farm’s commitment to quality and taste.
Matsuki Gardening is also committed to innovation, striving to lead the way in modern agriculture and make a positive impact on their local community.

Aiko Tomato Jam

Made with Aiko tomatoes nurtured under the warm sun and slowly simmered to perfection, this additive-free tomato jam captures the tomatoes’ rich natural sweetness and depth of flavor.
It pairs beautifully with bread, cheese, and other dishes, bringing out the best in every bite.

KASUMI Tomato Juice

Crafted with Aiko tomatoes picked at peak ripeness, this delicious, additive-free tomato juice offers a perfect balance of natural sweetness and full-bodied flavor.

Mamekozou (Green peas)

Mamekozou are tender, sweet green peas that bring a fresh taste of spring to the table. These little gems are often enjoyed in rice dishes, salads, or lightly seasoned as a simple side. Full of natural sweetness and a soft bite, mamekozou peas capture the bright, comforting flavors of the season.

Soramame (Fava beans)

Soramame, or fava beans, are a beloved spring delicacy in Japan. With their rich, creamy flavor and hearty texture, they are enjoyed in everything from simple salt-boiled preparations to more elaborate dishes. Their arrival each year signals the true start of springtime feasting.

Snap Peas

Snap peas are a delightful vegetable known for their crisp texture and mild sweetness. Eaten raw or lightly cooked, they add a satisfying crunch to any dish. Their vibrant green color and refreshing flavor make them a popular choice for spring and early summer meals.

White Eggplant

White eggplant is a rare and elegant variety, prized for its delicate skin, creamy texture, and mild flavor. Unlike traditional purple eggplants, white eggplants have a soft, almost buttery flesh when cooked, making them perfect for grilling, roasting, or simmered dishes. They are a beautiful way to add a touch of refinement to seasonal cuisine.
